1. About GNRLY

GNRLY (gnrly.surf) is a surf forecasting and coaching app for the South Wales coast. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Forecast accuracy

GNRLY's forecasts combine third-party meteorological data with our own modelling and a local Bodhi-style AI assistant. Surf forecasts are inherently uncertain. We do our best, but conditions change fast and we cannot guarantee accuracy. You are responsible for your own safety in and around the water.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. You must be 13 or older to create an account.

4. Free trial and subscriptions

New accounts include a 7-day Premium free trial. After 7 days you will be moved to the free plan unless you upgrade. Premium is billed monthly (£4.99) or annually (£47) and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time in your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by UK consumer law.

6. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, resell, or abuse the service. Don't try to break our rate limits or use Bodhi to generate harmful content. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Liability

GNRLY is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service, including any decision to surf or not surf based on our forecast or Bodhi's advice.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we do, we'll prompt you to re-accept them on your next visit.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
